This place had a modern, well-maintained room with a comfortable king-sized bed, complimentary breakfast, easy check-in, and amenities like coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator available upon arrival.

We loved this hotel, the free shuttle to the water front and to the metro was a wonderful bonus!! Helped us out alot, everyone was so helpful and polite! Thanks we will stay at a westin again

This place is well-equipped with a perfect location and brand-new rooms, offering an excellent breakfast to start the day with coffee and a danish.

Sterile! I lost my wallet, I thought in the hotel. The staff was polite but seemed totally uninterested in helping me locate it. No one,including the front desk even wanted my name and room number in case it was found. The next morning I found a manager who at least contacted security and tried to locate it. It is definitely a business hotel rather than tourist. We booked a king room but were given a double.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly. the rooms were spacious and equipped with essential amenities such as central heating, a safe, and a large TV.

Room was very clean and the amenities were great. Very nice hotel.

Complementary breakfast should be considered. Even just a little continental breakfast would have been better than nothing. And the parking? You charge people $24 dollars to park? With the hotel being as expensive as it already is you would think you would have cheaper or even free parking for customers.

I was unhappy that the rate agreed to was not the actual daily rate charged.The room rate was $189 the first night and gradually escalated to 319 and the 419 on three days. It was "based on occupancy".

The property is fully equipped and reasonably clean. the staff are very professional and hard-working. - the manager is very knowledgeable. - the hotel is in a convenient location close to downtown. - Panera Bread is conveniently located nearby for quick orders.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. Flatscreen HD TV was great. Enjoyed two movies during our stay. Hotel was only three blocks from the King Street metro for travel into DC.

Charge for a bottle of water in room was $4.95 and I was afraid to brew a pot of coffee for fear of a charge. Had breakfast in the restaurant one morning for two people it was $54 with tip. Staff was very friendly though.

the staff are respectful and knowledgeable, giving their best to make the stay a really nice experience. the hotel has updated and reasonably large rooms with a nice view, a comfortable king-size bed, and large windows.
